Chef's Canvas is Maison Dalí's exclusive commission-based dining experience priced at AED 10,000 per table. It's a completely bespoke, menu-free culinary journey curated by experienced 3-Star Michelin Chef Tristin Farmer.
The experience begins with a personal consultation where Chef Tristin captures your culinary preferences, memories, and special occasions to create a unique 8-12 course tasting menu that exists only for you. Each dish is an original creation, never to be replicated.
Maison Dalí Dubai does not currently hold Michelin stars, as the Michelin Guide has not yet launched in Dubai. However, our Executive Chef & Owner-Operator, Chef Tristin Farmer, earned and maintained 3 Michelin stars at Restaurant Zén in Singapore from 2021 to 2024.
He is only the second Scottish chef in history to achieve 3 Michelin stars, after Gordon Ramsay. His experience from leading a 3-star Michelin establishment shapes every aspect of Maison Dalí's culinary excellence.
