Terms of Service

1. Reservations & Cancellations

Standard Dining:

• Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before your booking
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge per person
• Grace period: 15 minutes. After this time, the table may be released

Private Dining & Chef's Canvas:

• Minimum 7 days advance notice required
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
• Deposit required at time of booking

2. Dining Policies

• Dress Code: Smart casual attire required
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older
• Service Time: Standard dining experience is approximately 2 hours
• Special Requests: Dietary restrictions and allergies must be communicated in advance

3. Payment & Pricing

• All major credit cards and cash accepted
• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)
• Service charges may apply at management discretion
• Menu items and prices subject to change

4. Red Book Club

Membership terms:

• Annual membership with exclusive benefits
• Priority reservations and special event access
• Membership fees are non-refundable
• Subject to availability and terms of membership agreement

5. Photography & Social Media

While we encourage sharing your experience, professional photography and videography require prior approval from management.

6. Liability

Maison Dali Dubai is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Guests are responsible for their belongings at all times.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
